Philanthropy Chair - Jonathan Cepek
Jonathan is a senior computer engineering student. Born in Johnstown, PA, he attended Forest Hills High School and attained the rank of Eagle Scout. Publicity Chair - Darren Mascioli
Darren is a junior computer engineering student. He grew up in Scotch Plains, NJ, and really loves the city of Pittsburgh and all it has to offer. Events Chair - Davis Herchko
Davis is a senior mechanical engineering student who is also pursuing a minor in economics. He grew up in North Huntingdon, PA, and attended Norwin High School. He has been involved in Engineering Student Council since his freshman year. In addition to his role in ESC, Davis is a Section Leader in the University of Pittsburgh Varsity Marching Band, President of the music fraternity Mu Kappa Upsilon, member of the music fraternity Kappa Kappa Psi, and member of Engineering a Better Mind and Body. Davis is currently a co-op engineer at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. in Monroeville, PA. In his free time, Davis enjoys browsing Amazon, playing video games, running, and playing and watching sports. E-Week Co-Chairs - Alex Enzman and Joe Koniszewski
Alex is a junior mechanical engineering student who is also minoring in economics. Alex is one of the E-Week co-chairs, and has been involved with ESC since his freshman year. He has also been involved in the service fraternity ESA. He is from Lancaster, PA, where he went to Manheim Township High School and earned his Eagle Scout. Currently, Alex is on co-op with Covestro. Joe is a junior mechanical engineering student who is also pursuing a certificate in engineering simulation in design. He is also the vice president of Pitt's club hurling team, the national sport of Ireland. He has played soccer his whole life and is still an avid soccer fan and exceptional FIFA player. Digital Media Chair - Chris Parker
Chris is a junior industrial engineering student who is also pursing a minor in economics. He is from a small town called New Tripoli, right outside of Allentown, PA. Outside of ESC, he is the corresponding secretary for Theta Tau Professional Engineering Fraternity and the senior chapter liaison for Pitt's chapter of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. He is also a TA for the industrial engineering department and a peer advisor for the freshman program at the Swanson School of Engineering. In his free time, Chris loves exploring and creating music, running and working out, and playing sports. Freshman Co-Chairs - James Landis and Steve Schultz
James is a sophomore in the Swanson School of Engineering who is pursuing a major in bioengineering. He is from Lancaster, PA and went to Donegal High School. He is a member of the Pitt Marching Band and Pep Band. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and playing video games. He also loves to travel and is an Eagle Scout. Steve is a sophomore pursuing a degree in computer engineering. He is from Reading, PA and went to Wilson High School. He is also the president for Panther-Irvis Hall Council. He enjoys perusing and watching Netflix, exploring downtown, and hanging out with friends in his free time. He is looking forward to seeing the Freshman Committee and ESC grow.
